You created your Relief Rover username when you signed up, and you are most likely using it to log into your account. In some cases, it may be the email address associated with your Relief Rover account. Visit Account Information in your Relief Rover account to confirm. If your username is not preapproved, please confirm that the spacing and punctuation match (eg, Jane D is not the same as JaneD). If you continue to experience the error, please contact your Relief Rover administrator to have your username added.

If you’re currently subscribed, you can either leverage the discount as a credit on your next renewal or immediately for your upgrade to Plumb’s Pro™ (if you’re a current Plumb’s Veterinary Drugs™ subscriber). This promotion does not allow for refunds of current subscriptions.

I applied my discount to my renewal, but I’m not seeing it in my account. What do I do?

Watch for the blue “Success!” bar that appears at the top of your screen. The discount will automatically be applied at your next renewal. If you are charged the full rate, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

How long does my member discount last?

The member discount will automatically be applied to your subscription each year on your renewal date for 2 years (2 renewals). After your second renewal, you will need to return to this page and reverify your eligibility to continue accessing Plumb’s at the discounted rate. This discount is available as long as your membership organization has an active partnership with VetMedux (Brief Media). Please note: At this time, the next annual payment listed on your Subscription Details page under My Account will not reflect the discounted rate.
