What is a support staff license?

The support staff license is included with group subscriptions to Plumb’s Pro™. You can assign this role to a front desk staff member so they can search, print, and email pet owner guides as part of the discharge process. If you subscribe to Plumb’s Pro™ for your team of 5, your plan comes with a sixth license for your support staff member. They won’t be able to access any other content—just the pet owner guides.
