Calculating Doses Without Leaving the Case
Now you can complete key clinical calculations in the same place you confirm dosing, check for interactions, and make your prescribing decisions. We’ve added two new medical calculators to Plumb’s:
Body Surface Area (BSA)
When you’re dosing based on body surface area, small errors matter. The BSA calculator gives you a precise surface area in m² without leaving the case or having to check your math elsewhere.
Lean Body Weight (LBW)
When you’re treating an overweight patient, dosing off actual body weight doesn’t always give you the right answer. This calculator uses the patient’s weight and body condition score to estimate lean body weight, so you can dose more safely and effectively.

Clinical Support Beyond the Calculation
