How do I access Standards?

The Standards platform is fast, accurate, and accessible anywhere: from a phone, a tablet, or a desktop or laptop computer. Standards is responsive, which means you can access it from any internet browser (we recommend Google Chrome or Safari) on any device. The iOS and Android apps are also free to download once you subscribe.

Does the discount apply to Plumb’s?

Yes! You can subscribe to Standards or Plumb’s at a discounted rate. If you choose to subscribe to Plumb’s but later decide to upgrade, you can apply the discount to your upgrade, but you’ll need to contact our support team to make the switch.

How do I get the discount if I already have a subscription?

If you’re currently subscribed, you can either leverage the discount as a credit on your next renewal or immediately for your upgrade to Standards (if you’re a current Plumb’s subscriber). This promotion does not allow for refunds of current subscriptions.

I applied my discount to my renewal, but I’m not seeing it in my account. What do I do?

Watch for the blue “Success!” bar that appears at the top of your screen. The discount will automatically be applied at your next renewal. If you are charged the full rate, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

How long does my member discount last?

The member discount will automatically be applied to your subscription each year on your renewal date for 2 years (2 renewals). After your second renewal, you will need to return to this page and reverify your eligibility to continue accessing Standards at the discounted rate. This discount is available as long as your membership organization has an active partnership with Instinct. Please note: At this time, the next annual payment listed on your Subscription Details page under My Account will not reflect the discounted rate. Regardless, your account will be charged the discounted rate on renewal as long as the above provisions are met. Please contact our support team if you have any questions.
